Description
Hayashi’s “Wing Chun” dummy is one of your sport’s most traditional training devices. On the wooden man, you study your techniques to perfection, and because of the hardness of the material, you meet a relentless training partner. There are three arms and a base on the robust, 140 cm wooden body. Movement errors are immediately noticeable, and you can correct your technique accordingly. Frequent training sessions on the “Wing Chun” dummy accelerate the hardening of your body and reduce your sensitivity to pain.
