FAQ

How does professional pricing work?

Once your account is created with the “Club” or “Merchant” type, you automatically see the corresponding prices on every product. No promo code needed — prices display directly when you’re logged in.

What documents are required?

No documents are required for registration. We simply ask for your organization name and optionally your business registration number. Your account is activated immediately.
